Google Drive In-app Data

Journey stores your journal entries on Google Drive and keeps them up-to-date on your computers and mobile devices that are signed in to Google Drive with the same account. You always see the latest version of your journal entries, no matter where you made your last edits.

Why Google Drive?
Your memories are precious. That is why Journey syncs your entries as a backup securely with Google Drive, as a hidden in-app data. Access your journal entries instantly via Journey Android, iOS, Chrome desktop (Mac, PC, linux, Chrome OS), Mac desktop standalone, Windows desktop standalone and Journey Online. (Journey.Cloud)
How does sync with Google Drive work?
The synchronisation with Google Drive is automatic, you do not have to activate this feature. Take note that you will not be able to see your entries from Google Drive. This is because all data is stored as hidden in-app data. This is done to prevent other 3rd party apps or people from accessing your personal journal. Journey does not have the permission to access to your Google Drive storage other than Journey's in-app data.
Google Drive service and privacy policy
Journey has no access to your journal entries as your data is stored in your Google Drive. Please refer to Google’s terms of service & privacy policy to understand how Google handles your data.
