Sync Error 1082/1084

Intermittent Sync Error

Sometimes the sync error arises due to intermittent sync error. Tap the sync icon to attempt synchronisation with Google Drive. If the problem still persists, please follow the steps below.

If you encounter 1082/1084 error, it indicates that one of the file is corrupt. As a result, syncing cannot be completed. To resolve this issue, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Login to Journey.Cloud to check your entries.
  2. Contact for assistance with the affected email address.
