Verify/Restore Purchase in Play Store


Troubleshoot Premium
To check if the purchase is linked to the correct account, go to Journey > Settings > Premium > Purchase. In the purchase dialog, verify the email address.

Restore Android Premium License
To restore Android premium, please restart your device. If it does not work, try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the app on the phone.
  2. Go to the Play Store site in your web browser and find the app.
  3. Make sure you're logged into the website with the right account.
  4. Install the app through the Play Store from a Web Browser.
    Note: Do not do this through the Mobile App.

Select your mobile device and click Install. Wait a minute for the app to install on your device

Journey.Cloud Membership

Troubleshoot Journey.Cloud Membership
You can check the status of your Cloud Membership by logging in to Journey.Cloud.

Under "Settings", you should be able to view your status, which should show "Basic" if you do not have a membership, or "Cloud Ultimate (Monthly)", or "Cloud Ultimate (Annual)".

If you are subscribed to the Cloud Membership, but your status is still not reflected, send us your order/receipt number, along with the email address used to subscribe for the membership, to help@2appstudio.com

Restore Journey.Cloud Membership
To restore membership, connect to the internet and restart the app.

You can check the Journey.Cloud membership status in Journey.Cloud > Settings > Cloud Plan > Status.

Check Purchase History

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Go to the Account section in the menu.
  3. Go to Order History.

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. Log in with the same Google account you used for your purchases.
  3. Go to Account.
  4. Scroll down to see a list of your orders.

  1. Go to payments.google.com.
  2. Log in with the same Google account you used for your purchases.
  3. Select an entry to see your receipt and the status of this purchase.
