Print to PDF

JotterPad recognises and converts plain text Markdown and Fountain syntax to PDF (.pdf). You can share text files to .pdf with the following extensions:

  • .txt
  • .markdown
  • .md
  • .fountain

  1. In the file directory, press and hold a file thumbnail.
  2. Tap the print icon.
  3. Customise the alignment, line spacing, body font and word count, then tap Print. Please note that the customisation option is not available in Fountain, you can only change the paper size.
  4. Tap the PDF export button. By default, JotterPad saves your PDF to the Downloads folder.

JotterPad converts Fountain file to industry formatted script.
